Rush Fee:
We understand that things happen and sometimes you desperately need a last minute custom cake. We may, at our sole discretion, be able to get you worked into the schedule. This often times requires someone to stay over or come in early to handle the increased work load. Therefore, we will require a $50 rush fee for custom orders booked with less than 3 days notice, should someone need to work afterhours to complete it.
Changes/Cancellations:
We require 72 hours notice for ALL changes. No changes to size, flavor or decoration can be made after this time. We are always happy to add cupcakes to orders in the event that you need to serve more guests. Leftover cake can be frozen for another day.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Please understand that when you cancel your order, the supplies have already been purchased with your deposit.
We appreciate your understanding as there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy at any time or for any reason. Please do not call us to ask for an exception
to our policy.
Once a cake has been picked up by you or a designated party it is considered "Accepted". All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop. Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored. If you need to postpone your cake for another date, we require at least one week notice. With less notice, we can reschedule your order (depending on availability) however you may incur an extra charge to re-bake the cake/recreate the elements on the cake
Payment:
We accept payments through Square, which is by debit/credit card and cash
A 50% deposit must be made at the time of order
Smaller or non-custom orders are required to be paid in full at time of placing the order.
ALLERGY WARNING!
Every product produced in our bakery is made with shared equipment that may have come in contact with ingredients containg allergens including but not limited to: Nuts, dairy, Eggs, Gluten, Wheat, etc. If you have food allergies, please take this into consideration.
Client Responsibility/Transport:
PLEASE NOTE: All of our cakes and cupcakes are stored in the refrigerator. They will be cold when you pick them up, as this allows for better and safer transport.
All products are the client’s responsibility upon leaving the bakery, unless it is being delivered by us.
Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc.
